provided are the preserve of one person, which means that all
communications need to be genuine. If you are sending your
enquiry via an e-mail, please give your name, a brief outline of
what is required and a contact telephone number, for which I
will personally reply to. I cannot reply to enquiries without the
telephone number given unless there is a specific reason set
out in your e-mail. It is unfortunate that this has to be done, but
experience has shown that this method prevents anonymous
window-shopping enquiries from people who have no intention
of replying after engaging me with a request for information of
a protracted nature, taking time away from the genuine callers.
